Brookside Industrial Park is ready for investment at CentrePort Canada near Winnipeg, Manitoba, port officials announced last week.Water and wastewater service will be in place at the 100-acre park, which is being developed by Crystal Developers Ltd., CentrePort officials said in a press release.CentrePort is served by BNSF Railway Co., Canadian Pacific and CN."The park will be a major draw for companies in key sectors like advanced manufacturing, agribusiness and transportation and logistics," said CentrePort President and Chief Executive Officer Diane Gray.Since 2009, CentrePort has welcomed 51 new businesses on 300 acres, representing more than CA$300 million in new capital investment.
