The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT) Office of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) announced this week it will accept unsolicited proposals for transportation projects from the private sector through Dec. 31.Proposals must address PennDOT-owned projects and infrastructure. During the application period, the private sector may submit proposals offering "innovative ways" to deliver projects across transportation modes including rail, bridges and ports.
