The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET) has reached a tentative agreement with the Delaware & Hudson Railway, the union announced today.The tentative contract governs rates of pay, benefits and work rules for 20 BLET members employed by the railroad, which is owned by Canadian Pacific and based in Albany, New York.Ballots, due Oct. 30, have been mailed to members eligible to vote on the pact, BLET officials said in a press release.
